From learning the trade alongside his grandfather at age nine to becoming one of Minnesota’s few Fortified Certified contractors, Mike’s path is defined by purpose, dedication, and a lifelong love of the craft.
Michael Gregory Conway has spent his entire life in the trades, building a career rooted in integrity and craftsmanship across Minnesota, Florida, Wisconsin, and the Dakotas. As the owner of Avalanche Home Services, Mike holds an IKO Roof Pro certification and is one of only a handful of Fortified Certified contractors in the state of Minnesota.
He founded Avalanche with a simple belief: every client deserves honest communication, expert installation, and a contractor who stands behind their work long after the job is done. Mike takes pride not just in the projects he completes, but in every relationship built along the way.
